Often, when we go out to eat as a family group, which can include 5 kids ranging from 6 mos to 11 years old, I attempt to go somewhere that has some kind of small "room". It saves great energy and enhances the whole experience if we don't have to think about our impact on the rest of the diners.
We have a birthday dinner coming up next Saturday (mine!) and I am thinking about trying someplace different. I'd welcome any suggestions about some new places that can offer a little privacy. This time there will be 6 adults and a 1 year old.
We like Maneki, in the ID, a lot, and may fall back on that one.
Any food style is ok, as long as its really good!
Thanks!

Re: "Tatami" rooms
Thu, January 26, 2006 - 2:16 AMHead across the intersection from Maneki and check out Fuji. Great fish, won't break the bank, and they do have rooms.
